Do you accept order?

Yes, Ray accepts limited custom cake and dessert order for celebration, wedding, event etc.

Can you ship interstate or overseas?

No, unfortunately, I don’t accept interstate and international order.

How do i pay for my order?

Once you’ve submitted an order request, we will be in contact with a quote.

A deposit is then needed to secure the date and order.

Cancellations on the week of your order will forfeit the full deposit amount paid.

Cancellations on or prior to week of your order are eligible for a full credit transfer or a 50% refund.  

Are you able to custom flavours?

Yes, I love to experiment with new flavours and techniques. So if you have something in mind, please specify in the order form.

Do you make GF, Vegan or Egg Free desserts?

I currently do not have the capacity to accept GF, vegan or Egg free desserts.

All the cakes and desserts have been prepared in a kitchen where dairy, gluten and nuts have been prepared.

How do I store my cake or dessert?

Please refrigerate your order . For optimum taste, serve your cake at room temperature. This depends on the seasons however between 1-2 hours out of the fridge is a safe timeframe.

When can collect my order?

Pick up time is to be confirmed once your order is received.

Do you offer delivery or how do we pick up?

Yes, delivery is by Sherpa and they start from $35 for orders within Melbourne area only.

 For larger cake (2 tier and above), I’ll deliver and set up the cake personally at the venue. Prices start from $150.

 For pick up, transport your cake in a well air-conditioned vehicle. If there is no one is holding the cake, please place the cake on the floor of the front passenger seat. Drive slow and carefully.

 Do you teach workshops?

Yes. I do and I usually announce them on my Instagram and please check ‘Event’ tab for updated information

Who takes your photo?

I take all my photos myself with my Iphone 7+ and I use Snapseed, VSCO and A Color Story on my phone for most edit. For collaboration content, I shoot with an Olympus EM5-11.

Do you accept wholesale order?

No I don’t have the capacity for wholesale order but I love collaborating for large events for send through a collaboration enquiry.

All cakes and desserts are made from scratch with the best possible ingredients.

No two cakes are ever the same so please use photos as a reference only.

I do not accept fondant or novelty cake order.

Custom wedding cake size at $400 (two-tiered) and we suggest you deed 70% of your guest list
